I agree that it is a good deal for SQM, but I am sort of wondering if they have their hands full with the new mine in WA and the recent deal in Namibia. Just a thought. My thinking is they would be foolish to miss out.
As far as the Reynolds Range being isolated, that is changing a lot with recent plans to upgrade the railway line to Darwin with transport hubs and more railway sidings. Should have been done originally because it is such a big deal when working out the viability of mines out there. Should be a new siding only about 100kms away if I am right.
