I don’t know definitively but last time I spoke to Mike about a week ago he said SQM were hopefully going to have the documents back by close of business today so hence why I suspect announcement on Monday - that is assuming the deal was actually approved and signed off by SQM headquarters. Regardless, due diligence ended 31/03/2025 so I suspect Mike will want to update the market one way or another on Monday given its mid month next week - positive or negative. Cheers, CP.
