What would be the legality of going all in JV with Hancock?
Farm in SE including power plant existing gas and hub.
Also farm in AK as costs for drilling is much higher here,
subject to Hancock taking the FID on WE +ED.
Proceeds from SE should be enough to clear debt drill OH , rework SE2 drill another hole to the east of SE1 .
Costs for Peaker plant would also half, it’s just another option there.
