Appreciate your input @618. There are some clean options as you mentioned but they are still reliant upon cooperation of the JV partner. If the JV completely plants their feet and decides not to proceed with any option then what happens in that scenario, i guess it depends on the content of the signed JV contract and dispute resolution. Gas Balancing agreements are com mon where different operators share a field across different EPs, its not like it has never been done before. Im hoping like you for a clean easy option, it may or may not happen, several players may want to f#ck us over, so we need a few options which may require a GBA.
