These guys, sigh. Interesting how they lost their media company too. "Exciting news" - literally laughing right now.
They are in deep trouble. They have been running out of cash for a while now. They will sell the warehouse, have some cash for a while but it will disappear soon enough. Remember, they mortgaged the property about 2 years ago to pad their cashflow, then they did a sale-and-leaseback on their vehicles, Tongs own most of the properties and they are not collecting rents, they are not collecting money from the 'revenue earned' from an associate (rubbish book entries). Deep, deep trouble - they have a short time left.
Throwing all your eggs in one basket with China, in a worsening political situation, was maybe not the best move. Coupled with a disengaged board, extreme nepotism, and an incompetent MD/CEO/Chair/whatever else Florence is doing this week - not the ingredients for success.
