Technically the stochastics show it's getting into overbought territory from the cycle low on Dec 17 at 6.3. 50sma at 6.9(which for me is the trend line above bull below bear) so for me it needs to close above that and the descending trendline which is on or about 7c. If the fundies are good not sure there is any other way to explain the lacklustre action following what appears good news.
Dare I say it a swing down to 6.7 wouldn't surprise before it launched it' breakout leg to 10c;) Who knows but the market.
Manipulation? Yes big money controls depth with lots of orders and milks the spread. Probably happening here as heaps of liquidity.
