They cant make people convert. If we need money we need money simple as that.
Unfortunately a CR might be the only way. A decent hit on well 2 will help with the dilution, but smart investors that would have bought in on the "we hit oil" announcement will now wait for the CR and get in cheaper. If we only needed a CR for well 4, then yes FOMO would have kicked in after a hit on well 2 leading into well 3.
