Yes. There is still huge upside here for sure. In fact I still hold 50% of my initial 1c investment. Definitely not saying that holding PRL is not smart.
However just saying that smart money took profits, reduced risk or are now free holding now. Plenty of people have been left by this company in this past carrying the burden stick. Just have to look back at PRLO.
