You may be right however there is a bit more to consider.
Firstly HMS is not a lightweight, it has deep roots in coal trading (early days) and latterly expanding into critical minerals and trade financing. It is a listed entity.
Secondly it was HMS that offered the Expression of Interest to Surefire
Thirdly and finally even though progress is glacial there is progress, I suggest any major announcements will slingshot the SP, let’s hope this happens before funding becomes tight.
