Why is it acceptable for an executive to sell personal assets to the public company for profit, effectively funneling shareholder money into his own pocket?
How is it justified to set self-serving targets, claim victory, and then saddle the company with debt owed to yourself of $12 million that exceeds the company’s entire value?
Focus on answering these, if you’re capable. Leave me out of it and stick to the facts if your capable. Or is nothing wrong about this?
