(NH) Well they are the obviously these are while at the end of the daythis all leads into government they are separate divisions it must be saidthough I think that the sovereign well fund where you know it has a veryrigorous process itself regarding its Investments and so if you meet thestandard that they, the wealth fund has, then to be frank it's very supportivein terms of getting the mining license done. I'll put it that way. So, theirendorsement frankly is a sign that they believe that there won't be an issuewith permitting. They don't invest in projects that they don't think are goingto get to production. So, I do consider it, I think, a vote of confidence ifthey make that decision and that comes out early next year.

As we do the math so to speak I'm thinking 5% of the company is probably the max they would want to place with MIIF, so ~34M shares

Trouble is the SP isn't quite high enough.
At AUD$0.8 we get ~US$19M ... now I think that's enough but at AUD$0.7 it ~US$16.5 ... only barely enough.
