Buttom line for me at the present time is that the latest announcements are all non binding discussions / make me feel good PR......I need to see actual binding agreements and NOI being fully granted before investing any further. I suspect many others probably see things the same way I do given we have all heard these stories before......The Co seriously needs to get full mining approval before imo we see any significant SP improvement......
