I would have thought PWC were duty bound to disclose the terms of the sale! It was a listed company afterall....!!
Very very ordinary this whole episode....seem to remember them at an agm i went to highlighting how stable the ground they were mining was....think that set off a few alarm bells to me at the time..but not the reason why i sold
