I notice the market has ignored another piece of good news with this company. EQR are quickly becomming the sleeper of 2022. And at some point (I still predict the funding announcement) they will wake up and the price will fly. The market these days is predominantly 'media' driven in a way that it has never been before. Thats not to say that announcements didnt always move the market, but with the advent of social media it has become turbo charged. But what has come along with this are stocks that are in 'vogue' like lithium miners, while others are largely ignored. EQR is in the latter along with, I suspect, hundreds of great businesses that will eventually generate solid returns for investors who are a little more patient.
