This is the exact reason why we can't let the people responsible for this get away with what they've done.
There is a very real human impact that extends past money.
There are laws in place.
I park my car for 5 mins longer than I have a ticket for, and I cop a $150 fine.
These guys can't destroy lives and walk away with a "you tried".
