I think most people here have no issue that the company did not perform as expected. This happens a lot in the world of investing, why most of us are pissed off is that management knew what was coming months in advance and yet told no one. That for me on its own worth an investigation and a criminal charge. Obviously they did for their own benefit. While people in the know were dumping shares and buying tiny amount at higher price in order to make it look legal, everyone else held their breath, then got screwed!!

If u made a 4 mil prediction and u only achieve 60 percent, surely then u knew 1 month in advance u will not make it, and if the excuse that they were waiting till last minute for a big contract or purchase and it did not happen or will dole out into next quarter (this one) then come out and say it with written proof (I want to see an agreement or a purchase invoice)
