i made my complaint to ASIC however didnt get confirmation email just reference number. i am planning to put in second complaint when we get more facts after voluntaty suspension. the way things are going this suspension may continue. i wanted management to be held fully accountable for actions and not blame legacy, scape goat othrr things, etc.
