Some investors are attracted to sinking, under-performing stocks like a moths to a flame
They tend to identify as 'contrarian investors' (despite lacking an understanding of the principles underlying this investment approach)
They often idolise investment guru (like Rick Rule or Mark Creasy) and quote Warren Buffet at inappropriate times
They are proud and haughty with an abiding contempt for opinions that differ from their own. Consequently, they hold onto bad investments and lose large amounts of money
Faced with constant losses, rather than acknowledge their errors they blame others for their misfortunes (corrupt banking sector participants, traders / shorters / shortsighted Australian investment community etc.
