While a distinct possibility, there's too much value on offer for a new equity partner. If they can attract $18 million for the black hole that is AI, they can do it for the parent company. I think the extensions is a function of minimising how much of the company WP is forced to give away.... 50%? 75%? I'd be amazed if current shareholders come away with more than 50% of the recapitalised company... jesus WP has really dropped the ball... the crisis he said he's never had has well n truly shirt-fronted him... you'd think he'd have to resign after this...
