I totally get where you are coming from, and ADAPT seems to have a real advantage in the market. However it has had basically no impact on the market and has not been picked up by many. I struggle to understand why that is. If the ADAPT advantage isn't as great as it appears on paper, then the same may be true for TAVR. Why hasn't Edwards just rolled in with a cheque book and purchased AHZ, even at many multiples of the market cap it is peanuts to them.
