How long will you ignore that the marketing plan failed largely because of entrenched interests, no doubt due to purchasers being induced to stick with inferior brands? The entire purchasing area in health is fraught with complexity and opaqueness because of this kind of thing, which is not evident until too late..
WP quite logically, thought that the best tech would prevail. This hasn't proved to be the case but the details involved weren't predictable at all.
They are now known.
But you keep pretending that WP should have known everything.
An entirely unreasonable position to take IMO.
