We won't hear anything until a deal is done. They aren't going to announce anything to the market simply because we aren't trading.

The reason for disclosure is to stop the possibility of any leaks affecting the SP. And insider trading. Not trading means no need. Nobody can act on anything, rumour etc anyway, which is a good thing because some of the rumours in here have been ridiculous.

Because of the nature of the technology,
the fact of having regulatory approvals,
the superiority
the next Generation of TAVR also on the cards

we can expect to have some offers on the table they would be working through. Just on the basis of having different tech.

That said, this is and remains a speculative stock.

Deals will change that.
