Ok different case.

This new one is an Civil Right - Employment Discrimination case it's NOT a shareholder case.

The contingent liability involved would be minor in the overall scheme of things and it seems like the case may have been dismissed by the court, although it's in New York jurisdiction and you have to subscribe to see the relevant documents to be sure.

The fact that it's minor and not being heard in an Australian court would be why you haven't seen it reported here.

The earlier shareholder case (with far greater potential for liability) was settled in 2016:

(Point of interest: the rules of sub judice don't apply in the US the same as in Australia.

People can and do often comment on the merits of a case, or how it's going....even on the doorstep of the court in the US.)
