ADMEDUS LTD (ASX:AHZ) - EXTENSION FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION Admedus Limited (the Company) refers to the request for the extension of the voluntary suspension dated 21 May 2019. Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.2, the Company requests a further extension to the voluntary suspension of the quotation of its ordinary securities. The Company advises that: (a) the voluntary suspension is necessary for the Company to finalise the next phase of the Company’s recapitalisation plan; (b) the Company expects the suspension to last until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on 1 July 2019, or the release of an announcement by the Company in relation to the broader recapitalisation plan; (c) the Company is not aware of any reason why its securities should not be suspended from quotation; and (d) the Company is not aware of any further information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension. Looking at that barracudaking, that's what they say, but if there is an interested party looking at a JV on the TAVR, then maybe at the present time they might be looking at putting funds into the company, but could end up doing a JV on TAVR at the last minute, just to keep the market happy.....so whatever happens the company would still end up with a pile of cash.

As for the SB director resigning, possibly something has been happening, that the company had an issue with. IMO
Maybe WP wouldn't tolerate it, IF something was happening that the company didn't like, IMO
Maybe their DD on the company, before they put their cash in wasn't good enough and they missed a few things of interest, IMO.
Who knows and will we ever find out??

Whatever, We have a great product in ADAPT and the TAVR appears to be top of the class, or most of us think so.
Maybe we should give Bill & Belinda Gates a call to see if they'd like to be part of the story.

All in IMO and quite possibly none of it is correct
