So AHZ will have spent 6 of the last 12 months in suspension by the time this deadline rolls up. That's pretty amazing.
Looks more and more likely that SB want out and Wayne is trying to find another company to take up over 20% of the company from SB (to avoid an on market sell) plus bank roll another CR. This is all certainly taking plenty of time.
