similar scenario to my query to the ASX concerning duty (?) of disclosure by company on funding issues.

Reply repeated the last Announcement, to ‘ask’ the company and that the company is expected to comply with ASX listing requirements.

Listing requirement 3.1 is the duty of disclosure, I have asked whether part of that duty is the requirement of the company to alert investors once funds are depleted in spite of assurances deals are ‘imminent’.

This mess certainly highlights the issues Jay has brought up in the past, the sheer lack of protection for mum and dad investors in the preservation of their hard earned dollars.

IMO, despite this end of the market being high risk/high reward the spiel of Admedus/WP had certainly ‘encouraged’ investors that the company was on the up and up rather than have adopted a more cautious outlook, a under promise and overdeliver approach, ‘we’ got the exact opposite.

Stonemason once said to a poster who sold out ages ago; ‘let your nightmare begin’, the only nightmare that has happened is for those investors who stayed on board, that’s irony for you.
