If current management and the BOD isn't "to blame" for the massive SP decline over the last 3 years who (or what) is?
Perhaps (if it's believed not to be the current BOD or management team - as implied by this post) it was the vastly underfunded capital to achieve the desired outcomes - from the outset?
In other words the original financial structure of the IPO... (the very idea of floating the company in the way it was then....)
If that mistake was realized way back in 2016, why wasn't the plug pulled on it all back in 2016?
