they are face to face and keep cards close to their chest because they don't want people to see what this truely is a money farm for them and pocket money for retirement, if any substantial conversion is taking place it is not miss informative or a negative thing and would help create a stronger base for negotiation with other companies, unfortunately it's not shaping very well for share holders long term
