I think it can be cheveron (more position neer pel 90)
Or total if they think that the real cos of saturn is much graeter than 5% .... (saturn may be in the same play like venus).
I think that sintana have expirance in the last farm in deal with cheveron and maybe they nagotiation toghter with pcl for farmin deal with major company.
