Probably not unexpected. What I find so bizarre is that the premiums management could have been ‘sucked’ into such deal when there was no DA, no approvals, no financing and no time line that was capable of servicing or repaying the finance provided. Those who promoted biohubs such as this must have been providing other incentives or selling something more than just the biohub.
