What an odd announcement and why did the ASX allow this to be released?
The only relevant paragraph is:
"Ho Bee Land is continuing to conduct due diligence in accordance with the terms of the confidentiality
and exclusivity agreements previously disclosed to the market on 20 January 2025. While the AVID
exclusivity period expired on 31 January 2025, AVID continues to conduct due diligence to pursue a
binding proposal."
So there is no change notwithstanding the contradictory title to the announcement. Basically no update.
It is a bit of a farce really.
