There was no conversion of 1.55 billion options and the share price has gone lower" Well you got me,I did say 1.6bill options would expire worthless but hey big money was smarter than me, they took up over 309mill. shares and gave GMC $1.54mill. and just a matter of time before s.p. starts to move IMO.
