If they haven't had a very good take-up when the opportunity was there to do so from the 19th of April to the 1st of May, then why would adding another month ( 1st of June ) to take up the offer make any difference, other than, there will be announcement near the end of May that will inspire investors to take up the offer.
That is the most logical explanation for this rather extreme decision ( 1 month ) by management to my mind.
But are management logical ?
