Disappointing that they can't raise a token $1.42M from a Rights Issue, where you also had an option to put in for any shortfall. But then, I don't think the SP has been above 4.2c all that often since the RI opened. Past history of the coy may be acting as an anchor for some ppl paying above mkt prices.
But, I'm one of the suckers that contributed a tad too early... Normally, I'd prefer to pay a couple of days before close, but these extensions have stuffed that!!
