@dalts66 yep likewise, figured it was a great opportunity to get the sizing of my exposure right where I wanted it to be and there is a fair chance I’ll get all the shares and options I’m asking for given the market sentiment.

while there are many ways to optimise one’s investment strategy, one way is to get as many options as possible (either through this or on market) and sell your shares.

so as an example you put in $17k for 100k shares + 100k options.

you then sell the shares after they are allotted at market for say 0.16, you get back $16k of your initial outlay.

so for $1k you have 100k options that you can exercise if the stock goes bonkers by Mar2024.

ideally if you wait a while and can sell your 100k shares at 0.17, then those options are free.

or of course you could buy the 100k options on market, but who knows for what price, how many will be available, and personally I prefer to inject my cash into the company I want to see succeed.
