Your reasoning, although on face value seeming logical, is wrong.
This is a lot of money to be raising from retail investors in a troubled market. I have taken my entitlement and asked for more, as that free option will more than pay for itself. You can buy exposure of share for 15.5c or exposure of 1 share and 1 option for 17c. When markets regain footing that extra exposure is awesome.
If you dont think the market for CHM will regain its footing, you should sell up and move onto something else.
