Most are missing the point here, what we all actually want are clear precise and unequivocally true statements when a release is made, that leave no doubt in anyones mind what is happening, therefore we dont have all the malarkey and second guessing. I dont think its too much too ask that from Nuheara. We should be getting full transparency, instead of statements that can be read about ten diferent ways.
If the products not selling, then tell us why, and what you are going to do about it to get it moving,its no big deal, it happens, we just want to know, if your on sale or return with a retailer tell us, its no big deal,it is normal trading terms, just tell us , if your on he realtek partnership programme, and not building your own chipset for mass production to the global market( as claimed by Luna previously) then tell us, because the only company thats done it so far is Apple inc ( 2.7 trillion market cap ) hence why no one actually beleives it.
It is better to know from the outset the true position, so expectation levels are set correctly, and therefore we all know what we are putting our money in for, rather than this constant second guessing game and he said she said statements. No matter if you are a positive holder, middle of the road could go either way holder ( as I am ) or a negative holder who has been diluted and you are not happy about it, the one common thing we all want is full transparency and to make money.
These threads are full of second guessing arguments, only because the releases are ambigous, lets have full transparency for a change.
