The point is you are claiming even blue chip companies don't get 100% take up. Total nonsense, in fact there are facilities in most rights issues allowing investors to apply for more, and it's not unusual for a company to raise more than they initially wanted.
You keep making up whatever you want to suit your narrative, and it seems you are getting more ridiculous the most desperate things get here.
