ouch! I really wouldn't pay above 0.008 cents now, they're not getting the acceptances they want at 0.008 and have had to extend. If they had not extended today I was going to buy a decent chunk extra at 0.009.
My goodness they are printing 750 million shares at 0.008, this is massive dilution. You can get all you want at 0.008, after fees the underwriter will likely be happy to dump at 0.007 and still be in the money.
