Ann: Extension of Closing Date for Share Purchase Plan, page-7

Very strange! Creso said on 28th March they "intend to raise $1 million, Creso MAY (my emphasis) accept additional applications subject to shareholder demand" etc re max amount accepted etc. They appear already oversubscribed so why extend date? It may be they want to heavily scale back so that buyer demand is heavy after SPP. (I do not qualify for SPP incidently).
