    Hahaha pleasd do not be a fool. The SPP is to raise 1mil and now you are seeing an extension announcement. You know what that means. Imagine a car sale 20% off but the dealer makes an extension of the sale. Dont you think the sale did not meet the target hence the extension of sale?
