You can't complain of manipulation. The Insto side took their slice and did so fully subscribed. This is why many companies don't offer retail. Why is not always clear, but so often in these offerings in small caps the stock lingers under the offer price whilst the action goes on and on for retail that complains it hasn't received the offer in the post. They become self-fulfilling.

Why buy at $2.15 indeed? The company knows no rational investor will but it has to extend or it gets criticised. Get what you need from Insto's and anything from retail is a bonus. Personally doubled my holdings down here and got greedy with a $1.96 bid to buy even more. Like this companies prospects. Just another small cap going under the radars.
