Cannot blame some that stumped up last time at 3.5 cents then getting hit with consolidation not long after that raise making it 87.5 cents some would be giving the invisable middle finger to participating in this one being down around 55%
last one there was the partnership carrot dangle, this time we have the teir 2 partner but dont know who it is.
I got a feeling their might be an announcement between now and close date, have a feeling in my belly.
