Yes indeed. However they would know if subscriptions made 100%, including any over applications. Or if they made 100% including any short fall amounts from the 2 instos.
I think they owe it to SHs to announce the % subscribed for, and any use of the short fall facilities. It's not rocket science to calculate those numbers.
And they are due to inform everyone on Thursday of exactly what allocation each has been granted. Are they going to wait until then to inform the Market?
