Please tell everyone where the exact issues is at Tormin, I know you will just say "I don't know that is why we need a study"

The simple facts are there is no bottle neck with the secondary processing facility, the only issues has been providing enough feed to this stage as the grade has reduced it has opened the door for MRC to purchase and build a 3rd PCP.
