Yeah, unfortunately it is how this team operates. They play off nearology. Do a raise and then radio silence. Then when they are nearly out of money again, buy some cheap land, harp on about its "potential" due to others nearby, then voila, another raise and repeat the cycle.... It's a gravy train for them. Plenty of people here over the years have warned prospective investors.
