They are also privy to much more info than you and I and probably know about the JV and when news will drop.

They sell on market when the news drops and probably make 10 to 25% on the short fall shares they picked up that could be well over $1m worth.

Well played Scotty, I have told him about this game and hope he realizes the shortfall must be kept in safe strong hands or even better not issued and wait for better times..
