You need to help yourself, not the company just so SW can buy himself a new Ferrari. Very poor investment strategy if that is what you are really doing. I don't think that SW gives a rat's ass about you or anyone else, so why should you care about him? My view is that SW is desperate and will not raise the money. After that, the boot, and he knows it.
