Exactly! This is what dodgy companies like Glencore do. They sell off the last dregs of their projects to desperate companies like CRL so they don't need to fund the environmental liability of their holes in the ground. Then because these companies struggle to get finance, they offer a loan and make money off that as well. Don't fall for this crap.
