I think the clearest sign of incompetence here is the poor or nonexistent communication.
The SPP closed weeks ago - there's been no update on how it went (for reference another company I'm in closed their SPP last Friday; they issued an update on how it went on Tuesday).
Today was the day CRL was due to trade - clearly didn't happen and no communication on why.
Communication really isn't that hard to do.
